Rental Fees: Rental fees are based on the duration of the rental period and the type of drapes selected. The fees cover the cost of the drapes, cleaning, and maintenance.

Booking and Reservation: To secure your desired drapes for rent, a reservation must be made in advance. We recommend reserving your drapes as early as possible to ensure availability.

Delivery and Return: We offer convenient delivery and pickup options for your rented drapes. Delivery fees may apply based on the location. Upon the completion of your rental period, the drapes should be returned in the same condition as received.

Care and Maintenance: We take utmost care to provide you with clean and well-maintained drapes. However, during the rental period, it is the customer’s responsibility to handle the drapes with care and protect them from damage, stains, or alterations.

Damage and Loss: In the event of significant damage or loss of the rented drapes, the customer will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs. We recommend checking the rented drapes upon delivery and promptly notifying us of any existing damages.

Cleaning: We handle the cleaning of the drapes upon their return. Normal wear and tear are expected, but excessive stains, odors, or damage may incur additional cleaning fees.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation of a rental reservation should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive a refund. Refunds for cancellations made within the 48-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
