Rental Agreement

Thank you for choosing Drape Warehouse for your event rental needs. By proceeding with this rental agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Rental Period: The rental period begins on the agreed-upon delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. Any extension of the rental period must be approved in writing by Drape Warehouse and may be subject to additional fees.

  2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to secure your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

  3. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, a fee will be applied based on the notice given:
    • Cancellation made within one week of the event: 35% of the total rental amount
    • Cancellation made before one week of the event: 10% of the total rental amount
  4. Responsibility and Safety: The client is responsible for the safety and proper usage of the rented equipment after delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all rented items are used in a safe and appropriate manner, and any additional safety guidelines provided by Drape Warehouse are strictly adhered to.

  5. Damage or Loss: The client assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss to the rented equipment during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss, the client will be charged for the repair or replacement cost of the items.

    • Drape = $25 – $40
      Base = $50 – $150
      Upright = $50 -$150
      CrossBar = $75 – $125
      Lights = $350 – $500
      Accessories = $100 – $200

  6. Liability: By proceeding with this rental agreement, the client agrees not to hold Drape Warehouse, its employees, agents, or representatives liable for any injury, damage, loss, or claim arising from the use of the rented equipment during the rental period.
  7. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Drape Warehouse, its employees, agents, or representatives from any claims, suits, or actions, including legal fees, arising out of or related to the rental and use of the equipment.

  8. Inspection: The client agrees to inspect all rented items upon delivery and notify Drape Warehouse immediately of any discrepancies or issues.

  9. Right to Refuse: Drape Warehouse reserves the right to refuse service to any client who fails to comply with the terms of this agreement or if there are concerns about the safe and appropriate use of the rented equipment.
